Terms of Service

1. Who we are

DentiPlan is a product of YAMX LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, USA, and it is built in Jordan. In these terms, "we", "us" and "DentiPlan" mean YAMX LLC, and "the clinic" means the dental clinic that subscribes, together with the staff it adds.

2. The service

DentiPlan is software for running a dental clinic: appointments, patient records, dental charting, WhatsApp reminders and booking, stock, insurance claims, revenue and team pay. It runs in the browser and as an app on iPhone and Android.

3. Accounts and staff

• The clinic is responsible for the staff accounts it creates, for the role it gives each person, and for everything done through those accounts.
• The clinic should remove access promptly when someone leaves, and keep sign-in details private.
• If the clinic believes an account has been misused, it should tell us at yaman@dentiplan.pro.

4. Plans and payment

• DentiPlan is sold as a subscription, billed monthly or yearly.
• Prices are quoted on the demo call and depend on the clinic and its plan.
• Payment is by bank transfer or CliQ.
• There is no free trial.

5. Patient data

The clinic controls its patients' data. We process it on the clinic's behalf, as described in our Privacy Policy.

The clinic is responsible for:

• collecting patient data lawfully;
• giving its patients the notices the law requires and obtaining their consent where it is needed, including about the storage of their data outside their country;
• answering its patients' requests about their data. We help where we can.

The clinic can export or delete its data.

6. Clinical judgement

DentiPlan is not a medical device and does not replace clinical judgement. Anything DentiPlan suggests, such as a gum disease classification, a medical risk alert or a reply from DentiAI, is a suggestion. The dentist reviews it and decides.

DentiAI and the WhatsApp booking assistant use artificial intelligence and can be wrong. The clinical rules elsewhere in DentiPlan are fixed rules, not AI.

7. Acceptable use

The clinic and its staff must not:

• use DentiPlan for anything unlawful, or to store data they have no right to hold;
• try to reach another clinic's data or get around the access rules built into DentiPlan;
• disrupt, overload or attack the service, or upload harmful code;
• send spam or unwanted messages to patients through DentiPlan's WhatsApp features;
• resell DentiPlan or give access to anyone outside the clinic without our agreement.

We may suspend access that breaks these rules, and we will tell the clinic why.

8. Availability

We work hard to keep DentiPlan running, but availability is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or free of errors. Some features depend on outside services, such as WhatsApp, which may change or stop working for reasons outside our control.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to the clinic for any claim related to DentiPlan is limited to the fees the clinic paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

10. Ending the service

• Either the clinic or we can end the subscription by giving written notice.
• After the subscription ends, the clinic has 30 days to export its data.
• After that, we delete the clinic's data within 90 days of the account closing, or sooner if the clinic asks. Backups are removed on our database provider's own schedule.

11. Changes to these terms

When these terms change, we update the date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will also tell clinics directly.
